Update It's fixed and I feel like some of that software troubleshoot course came in handy. Pat myself on my back!
-
I think I found a Solution! 1. Open File location 2. Find .exe (AcroRd32.exe) 3. Right Click Properties > Compatibility tab 4. Check "Run this program in compatibility mode for [Select Windows 7] 5. Check "Run this program as an administrator 6. Select "Change high DPI settings" button 7. High DPI scaling override - Check "Override high DPI scaling behavior. Scaling preformed by [Select Application] Hopefully that helps anyone who would have a similar issue. Very relieved. Thanks for anyone who provided help!

Running on an HP Envy x360 Ryzen 5 Using .pdf with Javascript enabled. This particular file is editable. Works fine my on desktop but this is how it is displayed on my laptop. I added the file and a picture of the graphical bug I am seeing. Anyone have any ideas? MPMB's Character Record Sheet (v13.0.0beta18) [Printer Friendly - Redesign].pdf

I have all four slots populated Corsair Vengence. I used the same brand with the exact same stats except its the low profile variant. But thanks for the suggestion. Unfortunately it came three years too late however lol! -

Thank you all for your suggestions and after many hours of research I have confidently reworked my build. CPU: Intel - Core i7-8700K 3.7GHz 6-Core Processor ($347.79 @ OutletPC) CPU Cooler: NZXT - Kraken X52 Rev 2 73.1 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler ($130.95 @ OutletPC) Motherboard: ASRock - Fatal1ty Z370 Gaming-ITX/ac Mini ITX LGA1151 Motherboard ($173.98 @ Newegg) Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory ($199.89 @ OutletPC) Storage: Samsung - 860 Evo 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($144.89 @ OutletPC) Storage: Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($59.79 @ OutletPC) Video Card: MSI - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Video Card ($579.89 @ OutletPC) Case: NZXT - H200i (White/Black) Mini ITX Tower Case ($124.98 @ SuperBiiz) Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA G2 550W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($69.89 @ OutletPC) Total: $1832.05 I changed the case from the Ethoo to the H200i. The H200i looks pretty and the black/white case screams "I'm a beast, but let's not talk about me". I chose the Kraken x52 due to its low db rating and with the final choice of case in mind. I gave in after RAM came into question from 8GB to 16GB. However I want to populate both slots to gain the benefit of using the XMP for RAM OC. Learned from Linus! This might be consider as a "negligible" gain but I like tweaking as much as I can. Also the Vengance LPX is white; which plays into the two tone thing I was going for. Storage changed from one 1TB SSD to a 500GB SSD for my OS and a 2TB HDD. I currently have a storage issue on my current rig and would like this to be solved when I get this one running. I chose the GPU based off of its white/black two toned look as well as its price point. The PSU is the last real change from a Silverstone to a EVGA. I feel confident from all your suggestions to my own research that this is my very best shot at a great PC. Giving me far more years than the current build I have now. All I will have to consider is a bridge from this rig being the "Gaming" to my current rig as the "Streaming" PC. All left to do now is the save up the $2000 to purchase all components! THANKS GUYS AND GALS!!! You helped a ton! https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Churchles/saved/hhLm8d

Yeah. It's a clever thing I learned from another forum. It double my ram speed. Of course I might not be saying that is correct but I watched my ram speed go from 1300 per chip to 2600 per chip.
-
What you just mentioned.

I want to benefit from the double ram speeds so I'll probably stick to what I have in that reguard but thanks for the other suggestions.
