And unfortunately 1440p is too much for my pc, as I am rocking I5 4570s with 1060 6gb. I will upgrade some time, but no idea when

Hello I decided to buy myself new monitor, as I think it is time to upgrade from my old BENQ G2410HD from 2009 that has reaction time bigger than me waking up in the morning. I went on the internet and found a few IPS monitor options. Asus TUF gaming VG249Q1R(165hz) and AOC 24G2ZE (240hz). My computer can handle LOL at around 150fps, but I may upgrade some time as newer games it struggles to run (cpu bottleneck). Is the difference from 165hz to 240hz noticable at all and which one should I choose?

Seems like I don't have almost any background tasks running. I ceared all log files, waited about 20 seconds idle and started 1 thead test 2020-05-07.txt.

Jesus christ, remove that old thermal paste and apply new. Never reuse thermal paste.

I'd go with Corsair 460X, it has way better airflow.

What are your cpu temperatures?

It looks like you have single 92mm? fan as exchaust. It will be loud if you want good thermals, and do you have any intake fans?

Well, like 2 months ago my i5 4570s was working well, boosted up to 3.6ghz, now somehow it locked itself to 3193 mhz. Is there any way to fix that issue, in more cpu demanding games i get this lag i havn't had before.

Throttlestop is not helping.
