for everyone, more specifically @hello_there_123, the pure power 11 seems to do totally fine and it could be that kitguru either measured wrong or had a defective unit

91a would trip all b16 breakers, as they react to about 3-5 times short circuit current (48-80a). so the numbers kitguru had were way out of line, and would've triggered protections

my friends over at tweakpc reported about 42.2 amps, which is high, but not as outrageous. this was with the 600w version, but it shouldn't make up the difference here
