    Yesterday while I was connecting all the wires together in my build I realized that I wouldn't be able to plug in the CPUs power cord since the cooler was in the way. Since I can't remove the top panel the only way for me to make room is to remove the fan. Since it's only been a day can I just lift the fan up, plug in the cord and reinstall, or do I need to get the materials necessary to remove and replace the paste? The machine hasn't been turned on yet.
