  1. i've got an old mac pro running mac os x 10.6.8 and i want to turn it into a server. the problem is that this mac pro has a lot of bloatware in it, and i can't reinstall mac os using the recovery mode. i checked my disk list in terminal and there is no partition for the recovery mode as well. when i try to go into internet recovery, it seems to not work. at first i thought it was my keyboard, since im using a pc keyboard, but it's perfectly fine. any help would be much appreciated
  2. I just want to know if there are any programs I can use to monitor temperature on my macbook pro. Thanks!
  3. I mean this psu looks good, it has all the features I need (fully modular, 80+ gold) and it's a bit affordable. in the 750w range, I can't seem to find a better deal. Thanks for the research though, I appreciate it. Cheers!
  4. I know that buying a psu from a well known brand like corsair, bequiet, or even cooler master is always better, but I saw an nfortec 750w psu gold certified and FULLY modular for 90 euros (and rgb). If it's gold certified, it should be okay, right? Thanks!
  5. I will try deleting games, apps, etc.. to make it under 250gb. Thanks for your answer.
  6. I'm a bit stuck but thank you for your answers. Have a nice day.
  7. The problem is I only need to clone w10 and not clone my whole hdd. I really need help in this situation.
  8. I'm so frustrated at something I can't figure out so your answers will definitely help. I just received a 250gb wd blue ssd and I want to clone windows 10 on it. I've looked up some softwares that could help and found "easeus todo backup" with a nice little tutorial. I've done everything said in the tutorial but when I click the proceed button to clone the system, it opens up an error message saying I don't have enough unallocated on my target disk. If someone could help it would be much appreciated. Here's the message: https://i.imgur.com/6EVKGWA.png Here's the tutorial:

  10. My temps on idle are about 23 - 27 and while opening up chrome and some tabs i had temperature of about 30-35 Is this the cause of my problem ? because i don't feel like my cpu is overheating.
  11. Basic intel stock cooler. How can I monitor my cpu temperatures?
  12. I just ran a benchmark test in cpu z and got a score of 371.3 in single thread and 1405.1 in multi-thread. When I compared these scores with the scores on the i5 6400 displayed in the cpu z website, I notice my cpu is waaaay slower. Do you guys have any explanation? My system is equipped with a gtx 1060 6gb, 16gb of ddr4 hyperx ram, and an h110 vd plus from msi Thanks !
  13. Alright. Thank you for the info !
  14. Is installing a whole new hard drive or ssd just "plug and play" or is there something complicated I should know about before doing anything ? Thanks !
