My GPU Memory and Core Clock stays at max and GPU usage is at 0 when idle is it bad? im scared that my GPU might stop working.

Guys so i bought a new computer with a new hdd on it. how can I copy my old files on my old hdd to my new one? and both has Windows on it installed.

I'm planning to buy a graphics card but I'm nervous if it'll fit or not my mobo is P8H61-M LX3 Plus and the graphics card that I will buy is Zotac Gt730 Videocard 1gb-64bit Pcie Ddr5 and will it work on Intel G620 and fit and work fine?

Guys i need help i was buying planning to buy a ddr3 ram but the freq is 1600 and The guy/salesman said that it will not work on a 2nd gen mobo I don't get and it will only work on a 3rd gen mobo. my mobo is P8H61-M LX3 PLUS ps. im poor i cant afford good parts
