You see. Unless they've discovered a new semiconductor or a new element, the efficiency of the current integrated circuits will be capped. Maybe, this will lead to that. -

Hey guys, I was wondering if the prices of the high end GPUs will lower later this year. I am specifically looking for a 290x, but its certainly out of my budget. So, guys do you have any idea if the prices will get lowered this year around November. Also, there is this fact that Moore's Law is going to fail this year around August-September. Will there be any reduction in prices with this? Moore's Law : No. Of transistors is an integrated circuit is doubled every two years.(based on observation) So, what do you guys say?

Yeah. I'm from India. And here, also the same difference is there. Sapphire's 4Gb model is just an inch costly than the 2Gb version.
