I have around $200 AUD (Not easy money earned in weekly allowance), spent the $100 AUD for the GTX 950... Now I only have $100 to cram everything in. Haha. But I am using PHP currently now. I moved countries you see.

Hi, is this cpu better than 3rd gen i3's or even 2nd gen i5's? I am planning to buy this used in my area for my first pc build(Pairing it with a GTX 950). I would be doing gaming(Battlefield 1), video editing and maybe a slight amount of 3D design(Architecture). I do not trust sites like ebay and prefer grabbing parts locally, because you get the first hand experience with the product and if unsatisfied return it back immediately(So please do not tell me to go to ebay or any of those sorts). I am also asking this because I cannot get any good deals around the area even 2nd gen i5/i3 is overpriced. But we have strayed from the topic. (All cores active but with no overclock)Can the Intel Xeon x3460 handle these tasks at stock speed? Please tell me all the ADVANTAGES and DISADVANTAGES. Thank you.
