That's what i'm thinking also. BUT after i watched the techquickie video about buying UPS all the comments there are talking about the compatibility of the different waves to the PSU.

If i need to choose between the two i'll pick the 2nd. BUT what if you change your cpu to an Athlon x4? = better performance
