  1. I think they make a good product, and their warranty process is cut and dry, as well as expedient. Plus I now have another year on the warranty, so I'm not mad. Very few laptops can compete with the portability, aesthetics & performance of the Razer Blade.
  2. Hi folks, I had a 2017 Razer Blade 14" sent in for a warranty repair, no big deal, great customer service as always. What I got back was a brand new laptop (no complaints here) and what I noticed is that the hardware inside is identical to the old machine as expected, but the chassis is entirely different. It's a deeper black, and there is actually somewhat of a metallic finish as opposed to a vanilla matte black. Does anyone know anything of these new chassis' on newer models?
