I was hoping to get a performance boost while video editing using DaVinci Resolve, what I mean by that is I want faster export times, and a smother editing experience. I've determined that the CPU is my main bottleneck currently, and its also a bottleneck while playing GTA V, which is one of the few games I actually play on my PC

Do you guys think that a Intel Core i7 4770 would be a compelling upgrade form an i7 3770? and would a newer CPU such as the 4770 work in a dell optiplex 7010 which currently holds a i7 3770? This is the Motherboard and CPU reports from Speccy

I need a recommendation on which Mic to pick up for my school, we would be using it to record band concerts and choir performances in an auditorium. I'm clueless on which one to pick out. I would like one that doesn't cost over 100 bucks, and I don't mind buying used, and preferably with a USB connection Any ideas?

So my band director asked me to start recording concerts for band class and upload them to YouTube since I'm a tech savvy guy. I was going to use my phone's camera (Samsung Galaxy S7) until I get a camera. My Phone camera is pretty good at taking pictures like literally everyone does with there smartphones but it's just horrible in low-light video from a long way away (Zoomed in). I am looking for a camera that can do well in low-light shots where the only light is the one shining on the person on stage, and that has good zoom without losing too much quality. I am clueless about which camera I should pick up, and I don't want to spend more than $400-$450. I would also get a used camera if that's good but again I don't know which camera to get.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 G930A (ATT) and I am trying to restore it to Android 6.0.1 from Android 8.0.0. I am having a really hard time finding a Stock ROM for my phone. I downloaded two of them from different websites. Loading them into Odin 3.13 goes just fine, but When I click on start, it gives an error message saying "FAIL! (Auth)" I have tried as much as I can but can't seem to figure this out. Anything Helps!

Is there any way i can backup the android 6 installation with my stuff on it?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 that is still running Android 6.0.1. I have tried everything I can do to get it on Android 7, I have wiped the phone, I've uninstalled programs, I've checked for software updates every night before I go to sleep. I even called AT&T and Samsung they didn't know what to do, and every time I tried to force the update through with Smart Switch I get an error

Should I use MSI gaming app? I have had it for a long time, and it is now starting to use 30% of my i7-3700k
