I tried reinstalling the drivers, once I even terminated realtek HD audio manager and the mic started work again but, today is the same. I have no idea whats happening

Before I shut down my pc yesterday my mic was working fine but today its just doing a really high buzzing sound, I cant hear me at all. What could've possibly have happened? The headphones are working perfectly, the sound is good but the mic just broke overnight.
