If I want to use the Corsair AF 120 High airflow quiet edition. What amps of current does it use?? And can I use 4 of them via single system fan header using fan splitter cable.?

On its page gigabyte has written that every fan header supports high current fan upto 24w( 2A*12v) with over current protection. What does this mean??

I own a motherboard of gigabyte named "ga-b250m-ds3h" . It has a cpu fan header, and a system fan header. I wanted to attach more than one system fan using splitter cable.
