    with this budget you should be able to buy a gpu and that is by far more important than a cpu. I would suggest ditching the case fan and looking for cheaper ram to buy a gpu. even a 750 ti will be a noticeable benefit. I have a 1050 and got it for 110 usd.

    it's not. I recently got the Rift 6 days ago and can't stop using it. I would suggest getting the rift considering the only benefits to vive are more games and more comfortable w/ glasses. I have only good things to say about the rift and I don't think its worth getting a second hand vive or pay 200 extra.
