That's what Ive been doing so far but its been a pain in the ass because alot of programs require a restart when you switch the default audio device

Hey, I'm looking for a program that allows me to drag and drop programs into different audio outputs that is really easy to use. The reason for this is, many programs want to use default devices or don't let me change the audio settings at all and I want to easily take off my oculus rift and switch the audio from the oculus onto my headphones with one simple drag and drop. Does anyone know of any programs like this? thank you in advance

Hey! I used to have a tab to the right of Network called GPU usage, and GPU engine. Now after a restart, they are gone? I loved this addition to the Processes tab, though the tab still does exist in the performance tab, I wish it was back in processes. Anyone know what happened?
