  1. Hey man! Yes the case on the bottom is mine and the material is acrylic and i was thinking of cutting a big section of it not just holes and make the section look like the case above and add a mesh dust filter but idk if a dremel would be a good idea or something else maybe like a jig saw with very small teeth
  2. this is the case that i own and as many people know it's bad at cooling because it lacks air holes so the system suffocates. But i had this idea to maybe dremel or somehow cut a kinda big opening in the front panel right on front of it. I can't do the sides because there is the tabs that are attached to it. No i'm not gonna buy a diff case because idk what to do with this then and i already done some mods with this and i don't have enough space for it to be stored. After i've made a big hole i would put that dust filter mesh stuff and the holes would be like this.... i haven't used any types of forums ever so i'm new to this so i'm srry if i did something wrong but tell me if it's worth it or what i should do
  3. i got it working and there is no performance change at all and everything runs normal
  4. this was the most helpful comment and this is what i wanted to see thx for the suggestion
  5. it's a really cool part of the motherboard and i don't want it to be covered by a gpu that doesn't look that cool or has rgb and pci e slot 1 and 2 and both gen 3 and x16 soo does the performance still get affected?
  6. this is my mb and gpu but there is a bad thing about this mb and that is that when u have a gpu installed on the first pci slot it covers the msi logo chipset heatspreader which is a thing that i want it to be visible so i wondered if i can have the gpu on pci slot 2? I tried this yesterday but first attempt was scary for me because all i saw when i booted was a bunch colors and it wasn't my windows desktop so i quickly changed it to slot 1 and it worked normaly and then i had the guts to try again and right when i saw the windows desktop i closed everything but then i saw that it wasn't right res so i just thought i could just change it back but there was no nvidia controlpanel so i changed back to slot 1 but i wonder if there is anyway i could get this to work anyways. Sorry for long text
  7. but the hardware in the build doesn't heat up much anyways right? and if it does then i can always take the front panel off for a little bit or remove the filter that's under the front panel
  8. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/hPWckd i'm from sweden and i'm tryna keep it below 800$ so going higher wouldn't be good. i'm prob gonna play alot of fortnite at epic or high settings but maybe not maxed and battlefield 1 at high and gta 5 at high and other other popular games at high
