My CSGO frames have been around 90 on low settings. I have a gtx 1060 ans a i5 4690k. I didnt know what the problem was but then I checked my cpu temps, 90c-100c while playing. I have re applied thermal paste and made sure the cooler is on properly. While playing I put my hand next to the cooler to see if any hot air was coming out and it was cool air only (at 95c) Can anybody help?
