  1. It has a 120mm fan mount bracket (with default fan) and radiator fits in there nicely As for the pump noize in worst key scenario it can be controlled via 4 pin pwm but I think that using arduino for that might be not ideal option xd

  3. Thanks for coming in! I'm now a proud owner of Razer Core X Chroma which I am going to use with Dell XPS 9560 for some gaming. I'm planning on purchasing RTX 2070 Super because it looks really nice in perfomance per buck ratio. Also I prefer quiet cards. I have already done some research and here are models I like: ASUS ROG GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER STRIX GAMING OC - I've already had ok experience with asus and cooling looks great MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER GAMING X TRIO - reddit says it's one of the quietest cards and cooling looks great too EVGA GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER XC HYBRID Gaming - the reason why I came here. Watercooling is always the best in noize and temps. But I have zero experience with EVGA and hybrid gpus and a little bit nervous about it. It has a limited discount offer so I need to make decision quickly. It will definitely fit inside case, that I have checked. GPUs pricings are nearly the same. Please help me chose one of those or recommend another model.
  4. Those are the words I was hoping to hear. Just ordered rm850x with a thought that if I'll ever need more juice (probably not) I can replace it. Thank you man, I really appreciate your help
  5. > How'd you come up with that shit?! Most 'silent' PSUs run in passive mode (fan off) under 40% load. That's why more power means more power in silent mode. I guess radiators are bigger for higher power (PSUs cases are also bigger). > You want it quiet?! Or you want OC?! I want to BE ABLE to OC in games when necessary, and be able to run quiet on non demanding tasks. > At least not cheap I don't really care about the cost that much as long as it is rational. Estimated budget is <400$ and that is nearly every reasonable PSU on the market. I want PSU to be in the build for many years.
  6. The case is open (I know that goes against silence, but that one is just beautiful) and everything will be liquid cooled. Guess I will hear the difference.
  7. Yeah, those two are all that limited choice I've found. But 750w might become a problem if one happy day I will decide to add a second OC GPU. And 850 is on the edge. 40% out of 850 is not a lot too
  8. I want it to be silent, and most of them are silent under 40% of load. Also I want to be able to OC everything I want and to add second GPU one day
  9. I'm building a dream pc and need a proper psu. I want primary color to be white, and the range of white PSUs is extremely limited, that's why I'll need to repaint it. I want it to be really quiet (passive cooling) and have a lot of power for future upgrades. It also needs to be very reliable so voiding warranty (repainting) wont turn into a disaster. Now I'm choosing between corsair hx1200i and ax1000 for both of them have passive cooling under 40% load and well known stability. I've read about the differences but don't fully understand how it will influence the pc. If you have had any experience with one of those PSUs can you share it? Maybe you know about some other nice PSUs? Maybe there are silent (under 400w) white 900+w PSUs on the market which I didn't notice? CPU will be i5-9600k, i7-9700k or i9-9900k (or mb newer models if case modding takes too long) GC will be 2080 ti
  10. Hello! I currently need a rig for some work from home and outside. Sometimes I spend a whole day on the go without any charging possibilities, but usually I sit at home. So what I want from the laptop: It must have a huge battery. 8h is the lowest threshold. It's better for it to be powerful and have 16+ gigs of ram because emulators need a lot. It should be as t h i n (t h i c c n' t) and light as possible. It should be gaming capable (60 fps in overwatch on max, pubg etc in 1080p). I don't care about 4k at all (i usually prefer laptops without it for longer battery life), but fhd is a must. Also 14-15.6'' is the best size. Low price (I understand that this requrement is hillarious, but anyway). What I have already found is the new XPS 15 9570, but I've also seen A LOT of complaines about it's build quality (bsods, overheating and so on), so maybe you know a couple of other options?
  11. I'm looking for a cool laptop for everyday stuff, but not MacBook. It should be light and have a great battery life (>6 h), 4cores CPU, 8+ RAM and with 14-15.6 inches fHD display. Dedicated graphics is neccesary, but not very powerful, MX150 is okay, better is better I do not need hard drive at all, NVMe SSD with 256+ gigs is great. Comfortable keyboard is musthave. 2in1, higher resolution, touchscreen and other stuff are preferable. Price not higher 1500$ except some super duper models. What I've already found: Xiaomi Mi Notebook Pro ~ The most average model HP Spectre x360 15 (2018) +4k, 2in1, touchscreen, 12h battery life, optionally radeon graphics (announced) - Do not enjoy bronze, strange top cover Dell XPS 15 (2018) +4k, 2in1, touchscreen, 9h battery life, radeon graphics, maglev keyboard - Only anounced yet Is it better to wait a couple of months for Intel+Radeon graphics, or the difference is pretty small?
