  1. Hey, I noticed that I get significantly more fps in a custom game of Valorant than on Deathmatch or Comp. At first I figured it would be because more people more things to render in, but I am not so sure that is the case. My GPU usage in a custom match is around 90-99%, but on deathmatch it drops to around 40-50%. My CPU almost never goes above 45% usage and neither CPU or GPU are thermal throttled. CPU runs around 50 C while in game for a while and GPU around the 70 C mark. I am more curious as to why GPU usage drops dramatically when in a multiplayer environment rather than a single. It would also be nice to have the 400 ish fps I get in a custom compared to the 240 ish I get in a actual game. In both occasions the fps is unlocked. If anyone has any ideas feel free to let me know! GPU: RTX 2060 CPU: Intel i5-10600KF Note: All drivers up to date. RAM speed at 2666... I know its slow.
  2. I have been playing counterstrike for about a year now and recently the game has given up on me. I am unable to get into a match without my computer having a problem when playing and I can't find a way to fix it. I had an audio problem for forever that I couldn't fix so I use different headphones but now I will randomly disconnect from the match and rejoin 10 seconds or so later. I also experience stutters that happen seemingly right before I come into contact with the opposing force. I have tried everything I can think of but I think its a networking problem. If you have time and can respond maybe we can get to the bottom of this thank you very much! Information you may need: MacBook Pro, 2.7 GHz Intel Core i5, 8 GB 1867 MHz DDR3. FPS in game: ~60-90 (depending on map) Networking settings: rate 700000, cmd rate 64, update rate 64, interpolate 0 (or lowest u can have), interp_ratio 1. I have changed these alot and it doesn't seem to make a difference in fixing my stuttering and disconnecting. Internet speed: ~8 Mbps (line speed is 8) No I am not using ethernet, Mac unfortunately sucks and thinks that we need to have a computer so thin u can't use one and instead use a thunderbolt port I have never heard of. All settings are as low as possible with a 4:3 aspect ratio fullscreen windowed at 1024 x 800 or something like that as resolution. This is called stretched mode if you are wondering why I have aspect and fullscreen windowed like that. This is my second topic because the first one had only 2 responses both were pretty useless so I want to get more opinions. YES I have verified integrity of the game files. Thank you!
  3. I have done that before thanks for the suggestion though!

  5. I have a Razer Kracken 7.1 V2 headset with a MacBook Pro 2015 and get around 60-80 fps in game. I have had the headset for months now with no way to fix the bug. When I'm in game the sound will cut out constantly whenever an enemy is nearby or insight. I have tried everything Razer support was able to give me and valve is no use as always. Any support would be nice I am in contact if u need to ask more specific questions. Game is CS:GO btw...
