Here are the temps for 5 minutes on Aida 64. Also dropped it down a half inch to just a 2-inch standoff. The PSU is slightly crooked to make room for the aluminum standoff. If I were to do it again which I may I would definitely use a laser cutter to cut out the mounting holes. I just didn't have access to one at the time.

The premise behind the design was to get a full-size processor and GPU into the smallest most portable form factor possible and still have adequate cooling. Yes the underside of the case isn't completely painted and some zip ties could improve the interior of the pc. But that's really not the point cause you never see the inside.

Here is a custom laser cut wood itx pc that I built from plywood. Case is 11.5 x 9.5 x 3.5. Made of plywood bought off of Amazon then cut to size and laser cut holes for better airflow. Used aluminum standoffs and threaded rods to allow the aluminum caps to be taken off easily. Definitely needs a new coat of paint and it may be able to be compacted .5 inches vertically by removing a .5" spacer will do when I get the time.
