  1. Oooh I didn't know you owned both of them, if you told me that I'd have believed you in three seconds... Do you have a suggestion for an alternative for the aio?
  2. Where did you find it for that price? I've only seen it for 65€.
  3. I'd probably even use that cable for the optical drive, though I'd probably never use it, it's still cool to have for an Itx case
  4. Ok thanks for the info, again I'm as far from being a professional as planet 9 is from the earth...
  5. Oh you mean the non modular version, that's going to be annoying in a m-itx case
  6. I have been thinking about putting the masterwatt 450/550 in my new rig, but I can only find some spam reviews and knowing that the Techdeals guy is probably sponsored by cooler master, I can't trust his review either. I can't even find it on any of the psu tier lists. I mean on paper the psu sounds amazing for the price, only thing is I really want some solid reviews to back the specs up. Pros: -80+ bronze -Affordable -5 year warranty -Fanless under 15% load (though I've heard people say that this isn't particularly a good thing) -Durable LDB fan bearing Cons: -None??? If someone owns or knows some stuff about this psu-series, pls help
  7. yeah that one costs four times as much and I would rather spend that money on the 6gb videocard version (I don't really need 550w anyway)
  8. I would also rather go for the 6gb version, but with the inflation the cheapest 6gb goes for 200 euro more and I can't even find a 1070 for less than 600 euro(I really don't need a 1070 anyway for a 1080 60hz monitor)
  9. Indeed, sry it's my first time using this forum and I thought I needed to post the topic in the correct category
  10. Ok the 550w I can uderstand, but I really don't think it's a bad psu. Techdeals made a video on it and even said it was better than the cx###m... and even if it's not a good psu, it has a 5year warranty! And I can't go for the corsair CX###M cause the case uses an extension powercable to get the plug to the back of the case and the plug needs a specific orientations (otherwise I would go for the corsair one....)
  11. I'm currently parting out an Intel build, specs below: -i5 8600k -EVGA gtx 1060 3gb SC (single fan) -Masterliquid 120 lite rgb -Msi z370l gaming pro carbon ac -Cougar QBX -G.Skill Ripjaws 16gb 3200 -Seagate Firecuda 1tb -SP Slim S55 120GB Just a quick question: I don't really know what's the best wattage for the psu in this build... The brand and series is a no-brainer, cause the plug on the psu has to be in a certain direction for the case. (Masterwatt is rather affordable, has black cables, a 5 year warranty, is semi fanless under 15% load and semi modular... again a no-brainer) Just wondering what the best wattage is for these components to still remain efficiency, but also to have some headroom for CPU (and GPU) overclocking. If there's anything that I could or should change for this build, I would gladly hear it... cause I'm not really a professional at pc building
