  1. Having an issue right now in which randomly I was using my laptop and I realised Spotify wasn't opening. I had other applications open at this point and they were working fine. I did a restart and then once I did I am unable to open most applications (Steam, Discord, Spotify), they do not even appear in task manager. While troubleshooting I realised my GeForce experience wont open and gives the error code 0x0003. I tried reinstalling Geforce experience but the uninstaller crashes, I have tried restarting the NVIDIA services to no avail. This issue started around when I either downloaded the new version of unity or downloading Surfshark. I did a system restore and it said that it failed and could be due to my antivirus (Which in this case would be Malwarebytes). I have done a system file check for corrupted files and nothing, I have done a virus scan on both Malwarebytes and Windows Defender. I have disabled all start up apps and also reinstalled Armory Crate. Another weird not is that when the problem started initially Discord uninstalled itself, and I am unable to download it again as the installer won't even run (even in administrator). I believed this could have been an issue with app permissions after the error code from GeForce Experience but I tried methods for that and nothing has changed. Hope someone can help thanks. 2. I've been playing Rust over the past couple of months and I have a problem with my game: > Whenever I go into settings my game freezes > Whenever I tab out of my game it freezes when I attempt to get back in the game > Game regularly disconnects me / freezes (More frequent recently) Side note on the freezing: When I freeze I just wait for the 'Stopped Responding' tab to go away. Once this is gone and I in the game everything from the whole time I have been frozen plays in a bout 5 second (If that makes sense) and my game freezes again but this time it always disconnect me from the server with reasons like 'Stop Responding'. When I disconnect and I am in the server screen my game freezes straight away and it take time before I can rejoin again, when I rejoin my game usually freezes >Game freezes when clicked on in loading screens > Frequent lag spikes > Long load times > I get around 50 FPS on beautiful while my friend with a 1060 6GB gets around 80. My game is just a mess, non of my other friends have this problem. I currently have a Zotac GTX 1070 Mini and it's suppost to be good for these types of games. I don't usually have this problem with other games and it takes me about 5 minutes to get back into a game after one freeze, this is highly annoying as a lot of the time it happens in fights. I have a Ryzen 5 1600, I am not sure if this is my problem. I do not think it is my SSD (Which I have it downloaded on) as it is fairly new, I think I got it in December but I get very long load times, my friend can load in in about 40 seconds with his SSD and mine takes around 3 with my similar performing SSD. I play my game on simple graphics most of the time and it does not change much if I crank it up or down. >Yes I have updated my drivers >Yes I did try putting my settings on the lowest >My GPU usually runs at 100% when on rather high graphics PC: Zotac GTX 1070 Mini Ryzen 5 1600 8 GB RAM - 2400 Mhz Sandisk SSD Plus 480GB 1TB Harddrive
  3. I just redid the test with my HDD plugged in, this is my new score: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13528964 Would you know any reason why my PC is running a little below average? I had the similar results before hand with the 'PC STATUS' result. Before Migration: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13519102 After Migration (First Run): https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13528144 After Migration (With HDD + Restart): https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13528964
  4. I did a Userbenchmark test and it said that my boot time was slow and my PC would run a lot faster if I used an SSD. I have an SSD that I bought a few weeks ago which is a SanDisk SSD PLUS 480 GB.So I thought I'd try migrating it. The software I used was EaseUS and I moved all my files over to my HDD to my SSD. After restarting it felt the same speed, thinking it didn't work I unplugged my old HDD and ran my computer again and it booted to windows. After this restart I did notice programs opened faster but not as much as I though so I did another UserBenchmark test and these were my results:https://prnt.sc/m35n0iBefore this they were all green except my 'Boot Drive' which I mentioned before, now my SSD is working at 34% and my PC is running slower than ever. I am not sure what to do, is it something I need to change in the BIOS (Like boot order) or do I need to delete some things of the HDD and SSD as they both have identical thins (After migration)? 5. So recently (Yesterday and today) my GPU has been playing up. I play CS:GO and usually get a stable 200 fps (Max Everything) on it. But my fps drops to 60 and caps there, or sometimes even 30. My monitor is 60hz but the screen tears and it's very choppy even at 60 fps. This is very odd when looking at performance on task manager my GPU goes up to 100% on 3D rendering. Recently I have installed Geforce Experience to test out its new ingame feature where it changes the lighting, etc. I know when I add the effects my fps drops drastically, but when I have Geforce Experience closed completely the problem still arises. Not sure if it is my GPU, fairly new at this stuff. Specs: GTX 960 Ryzen 5 1600 8GB of DDR4
