  1. I tried flipping the rad and it didn't make a difference for the noise unfortunately (I do know that I should just for the air to keep away from the pump tho :D)
  2. Damn, i'll keep it running at 100% and hope that it magically fixes itself but if not i'll have to RMA then, cheers for your help!
  3. Yeah it is, the pump had the normal bubbling sound when I first ran it for a few minutes but that stopped and this sound is definitely not the same as that one. This sounds more like a high pitch whine, I am assuming this is not what a normal AIO pump sounds like?
  4. Hi, This is my first AIO so I am not sure if this is the noise it is meant to be making. I just installed my new Kraken X53 cooler and plugged it into the AIO PUMP port on my Asus Strix B450-I motherboard. When the pump is running anything over 1400 rpm, it makes a very loud and annoying whining sound. This is my first watercooler so I'm not sure if this is normal or not? I can hear it while my headphones are on so it is very loud. Can someone let me know if this is normal or not? And if not is there any way I can fix this or does this unit need replacing? I have contacted NZXT support who told me to break in the cooler over the next month and see if the noise goes away, which is not exactly promising! Cheers!
  5. You are the real wizard here. Clicking the Keyboard Brightness button brought up a window which let me select 'Never turn off' and the now it is working when I sleep/wake it. Thank you for the help!
  6. It cycles through the stages of backlight brightness but I can only see the light when my finger is on the touchpad. IMG_0074[1].MOV
  7. Okay, so there is a keyboard brightness section there and when I changed it now, it has gone to the same problem with it only turning on with my touchpad. I now cant use the slider as it just keeps changing back to off
  8. Once my laptop has been to sleep and woken up, the keyboard back-lighting only activates when my finger is resting on the touchpad. Taking my finger off the touch pad causes the backlighting to turn off again. It works perfectly fine on a fresh startup, with the issue only ever occuring after waking up from sleep. Updated the bios version which did not fix the issue and then factory reset both bios and windows to no avail. OS: Windows 10 Laptop Name: Inspiron 13 5368 2-in-1
