  1. So I have Windows 10 installed to an 250gb NVME m.2 SSD, I have a spare 1TB that I've acquired since my initial build and my main drive is almost full and causing performance issues. I was wondering if there's any way to move all my files to the new drive so I don't have to reinstall and chase all my current files? Thanks!
  2. Cool, solves my confusion. Thank you ^^
  3. Yikes, so RTX it is. Any recommendations?
  4. Seems like any store or website you go to, 1080 ti's are always out of stock. They have a second hand dealer mark them up nearly double their retail value. Why are they not restocked by now? How have you all been finding your cards, and if i'm looking for a specific card do I just have to wait it out or take that mark up to the chin?
  5. I am really thinking about getting the founders edition, but I hate the green led on the side, id rather have an Gigabyte Aorus 1080ti because of the rgb, but to drop an additional $300 for rgb functionality is ridiculous. Help please.
  6. First, My Current Build is: Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro TG PH-ES614PTG PSU: Corsair CX-850M V2 RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 2 x 8GB CPU: i7-8700k Mobo: GIGABYTE Z370 AORUS Gaming 5 Cooler: Cooler Master- MasterAir MA610P RGB CPU Cooler Storage: 250GB M.2 NVME Samsung 960 EVO SSD GPU: GIGABYTE AORUS GTX-1080ti Extreme (Don't have yet) I'm wanting to add a Corsair Lightning Node Pro around the lining of the inside glass, replace the stock 140mm fan in the back with a Corsair HD140, and put 3 in the top. My question is, how would I go about syncing them to the mobo like I have the cooler? I have my cooler plugged into the rgb header beside the ram, and it works amazing, but I only have 1 more header and i'm not that informed when it comes to what I would need? Side question, my case has a button on the front panel to operate an led strip, could I use this to change the mobo's led lighting (I dont think I can, but any info is good info). Thank you and sorry If this is a facepalm question... <3
  7. Alrighty, after taking everything into consideration... I have revised my parts list. Motherboard: Gigabyte Z370 AORUS Gaming 5 CPU: i7-8700K GPU: Nvidia GTX-1080ti PSU: Corsair RM750X RAM: Corsair Dominator Platinum 16GB (2x8GB) Storage: 1 m.2 Intel optane, 1 m.2 ssd (for os), 2 2tb Hdd in raid 0 Case: NZXT S340 Cooler: Noctua NH-D15 Hopefully this looks a little more efficient? ***WARNING; IGNORANT QUESTION INBOUND!!!*** Could I install a much cheaper gpu alongside the 1080 (NON SLI) to use as a "Youtube/Browser" Card? i.e. A seperate monitor to watch videos while playing games on the gtx1080ti? Not sure if thats how it works, if not, feel free to shoot me down. <3

  9. Not really, but it's pretty... :c. I do need onboard Wi-Fi however, and preferably 7 channel audio
  10. Yeah, I struck it lucky with a job deal before hitting college due to connections. I am actually inquiring however.
  11. I had read that before, which the option would then be swapping to an aio cooler, a maximus x code mobo, dropping to a single rog gtx1080ti, and dropping the psu to a corsair 750x
  12. Little bits at a time and a room mate/partner.
  13. Ok, so starting in 8th grade (2010) I purchased a HP laptop 1.5ghz quad core, amd radeon graphics, 500gb storage... awful thing. Anyways, I now have a stable job and am planning on building my first gaming computer, seeing as taxes are coming in, I want to go all out. I've gotten a rough parts list together, and need recommendations along with maybe help if I choose to go with water cooling/hardline. Parts: Motherboard: Asus ROG Maximus X Formula Processor: Intel Core i7-8700k Coffee Lake 6 Core RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB 16GB (2x8GB) PSU: CORSAIR HXi Series 1200i 1200 Watt Graphics: Dual Asus ROG GTX-1080ti's or Dual Nvidia GTX-1080ti's FE Case: CORSAIR Vengeance Series C70 Gunmetal Black (CAN CHANGE IF NEEDED) Storage: I'm not entirely familiar with storage as far as Raid0 and the works, but I was looking at an SSD for the OS, Intel Optane for performance, and 2 10tb Seagate HDD in Raid0 for storage. (Would love suggestions please) The motherboard supports water cooling, I would also like to water cool the CPU, and both Graphics Cards. I think my loop would be Reservoir, Radiator, Motherboard, CPU, Radiator (Top), Graphics Card (1/Top), Graphics Card (2/Bottom), Radiator (Front), Pump, Reservoir. Maybe Pump/Reservoir Combo? Let me know what I'm missing please and thank you! -Collin <3
