Which one do you think I should go for?

delidding is something i probably wont be doing simply because im too scared,also do you think this cooler will do the job? and is the be quiet dark rock 3 (non pro) better? because its the cooler i've been considering but im not sure if it will get the job done

Hello,Im looking for a cooler for the i7 8700k which i probably won't overclock and if i do it won't be anything big so with that in mind i need suggestions for a cooler that will keep it cool at stock values,and will serve me in case i want to overclock preferably between 50-70 euros
