So I need help with a thing that apple lets you do, so on iphone you can type a ip address when connected to a WiFi network and if the network doesn't have internet you will still be able to connect and use the network and still have cellular data enable and the wifi bars goes away I enjoyed it so much but now I have a s20+ and I can't seem to do it can anyone help me? Because I hate turning off and on the wifi to access my network from my phone

i found out the website discount electronics ran out of the laptops fast but now i found a new it is called (DELL Latitude E6430 Intel Core i5 3320M (2.60 GHz) - 8 GB Memory - 500 GB HD - NVIDIA NVS 5200M 1 GB Dedicated Graphics - 14.0" Windows 10 Professional - Gaming or Design - CAD ).really my dad said to look for a laptop that would be good for 2 years, for my videos edits i just us the old Windows Movie Maker, for my drawing i us autodesk but soon Paint Tool Sia, and the only ill play is terraria with low setting on it

so im might be getting a new laptop for my birthday and its a Hp elitebook 8540w i7 with a ATI readon with 1gb, is that good for light gaming, light video editing, and drawing
