Hey, thanks everyone for your feed back. So far I'm still on the fence about it, but. Im more towards the doing it side. There are a few bad things about it. Mainly people saying stuff about botched jobs and placement on the hand. Regarding that. I'm planning on going to a fairly well known artist (whom I've seen work from) and he's amazing. I've had a chat to him and he says it should be ok because roughly what I'm planning doesn't go near knuckles or onto the fleshy parts of my hand. And I should also mention that I don't particularly think seeing customers is going to matter. I live in Australia and our culture of tattoos compared to the US and Canada are very different. Almost every person here has tattoos, especially tradies (tradesmen) Also regarding if its appropriate or not. I'm planning on two fallen angels (one on each hand) that are kind of minimalistic. I'm not religious at all, but they have a very large meaning to me (especially on my hands)

G'day gents. Been thinking about getting some hand tattoos (on the tops of my hand) I'm an electrician who works for a family member, and soon to work for myself. So I have a feeling my job won't really depend on vanity all that much, but. I just wanna know some pros and cons of having hand tattoos. Regarding like job opportunities, interactions with people, how people see me. All of that kind of thing A bit of background. I'm a fairly nice person and I don't drink, or smoke, party, etc. None of the things people who have tattoos on their neck and hands are prejudged for being. i don't consider myself to be rebellious, nasty or anything bad. I've just always liked hand tattoos, heavy music and just generally the look (vanity) of people such as Tim henson.

G'day once again everyone. i have some more computer issues. recently I have been getting into a bit of sim racing and i have built myself a nice handy dandy little sim rig for it. i love using it with my oculus rift, however. there are some games that don't have vr support so i went ahead and found an old monitor and plugged it in for it. the problem is, now my oculus rift s doesn't display anything on its screen. it shows up in the oculus settings as aye ok, but. i do get a notification saying that my Rift s isn't working properly. is there a way i can have all 4 monitors plugged in an have the oculus work as well. Context. the sim ri monitor is being duplixated from my primary monitor. i have a 1070. display port 1 is primary monitor, display port 2 is secondary monitor, display port 3 is rift, HDMI is third monitor and dvid is 4th monitor. cheers if anyone knows anything about it. if not ill just have to ditch the 4th monitor unfortunately

G'day guys. just bought a logitech g920 as i've gotten into racing sims and i have a slight problem. the wheel and pedals both register in g hub but don't output anything. so what i'm saying is my computer detects that it's there, but it doesn't work in games. any help would be greatly appreciated. (Edit) i've done the usual stuff like restart my pc, uninstall and reinstall stuff. at one point i went into hardware changes and changed one of the drivers to something else that i cant remember the name of. still nothing

Howdy. thanks both of you guys for the responce, however. since then i have recently gotten a replacement Rift S. it turns out the unit itself was faulty

G'day. recently i got an Oculus Rift s and it was working flawlessly. i just celebrated my 18th birthday so i had some mates over. one of my friends was playing on my brand new rift s and suddenly the screen went black. and now when i try and use it. there is 3 dots (loading ellipses screen) in the display of the headstand. and when i go into my devices in the Oculus software. it says that my rift s is connected via a Usb 2.0 (which it is most definitely not) it was working fine and then just stopped. I've done the restart many times, I've uninstalled Oculus twice, I've restarted the PC many times, I've left my PC for a full day, and I've searched the internet for hours to no solution. Please help... this thing was expensive and I've already bought heaps of games for it.

G'day. for the past couple of weeks I've been having issues with my monitor. when in game, my 144hz refresh rate monitor keep flicking around to different refresh rates, such as 57.6hz, 80hz, 132hz, etc. its really annoying because every time it does, the screen goes black for a second or two. and obviously the refresh rate of my monitor changes constantly. I'm not sure if its something wrong with my GPU, Monitor or both. i would suspect its my GPU because its been acting weird for a while. by weird i mean, lower FPS than my friends who have worse PCs than me, games sometimes crashing, and now recently. the software for it doesn't launch on startup (and I've tried to fix that and it still doesn't)

its every lens. but each lens has different strengths i guess is what to call it on the view finder. but to answer your question, every lens does it -
G'day to whoever is reading this. im having a problem with a canon eos 60d. looking through the viewfinder with any lens on makes a huge vignette around the viewfinder. it correlates with the aperture of the lens, the higher the f stop is, the more extreme the vignetting is. the vignetting doesn't occur when im using live view on the camera, not does it come up when i actually take the photo. i much prefer using the viewfinder over the live view so its incredibly frustrating i have two other eos cameras (40d and 450d) and neither one of those have this problem. any help to how to fix it or whats going on would be greatly appreciated. (the image with the larger viewing area is with an f. of 2.8 and the second is it at f.22

G'day to anyone that can help me here. i recently got the steingburg ur22 audio interface off my dad so i could plug in my guitars into my pc and use a amp simulator (ive been using amplitude 4 btw) in the software i can see that my pc is getting the signal from the audio interface when i play the guitar, but. i can get it to play through my speakers, the audio interface only shows the line outputs (UR22 Output 1/L and Ur22 Output 1/R) i used to use this old usb thingy with asio4all and it worked but with the slightest delay. i got the audio interface to eliminate that delay, but now i cant even hear my guitar. i would show that the left and right channel only show those outputs but the snipping tool wont let me open the selection things and take a screenshot
