  1. So I'll be moving soon to a new place, the problem is, as of 2 weeks ago it only had BT lines running to place at 2mbps. I'm on 25mbps at the moment and I find it quite slow, so 2mbps is unacceptable. Fortunately, this company called gigaclear has just installed a box outside the premises, and on the website it claims it's live and ready to have the lines run to the house. The speeds they're offering are phenomenal! either 30/30, 300/300 or 900/900mbps. This is not only a step up from the 2 that was the only option, but it beats my current internet and most internet in the UK. Now, this is a small company that is currently funded to put these lines down, but the problems start here. If you look at the reviews online for gigaclear, it is bombarded with 1 star reviews of people saying that they've paid to have the line installed up to 2 years ago, but still no luck and that their customer service is rubbish. It's a long shot but I'd like to know if anyone here uses gigaclear, what your experience has been like, how long it took them to install the line and get you connected and if the speeds are accurate. I'm honestly expecting for no one on here to use it or see this post but it's worth a shot, eh? TL:DR: Does anyone on here use gigaclear, how good are they?
  2. Lost my NVME M.2 SSD screw and standoff for my Asus Prime Z370-P motherboard. Will this screw fit? https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/M-2-NVMe-SSD-STAND-OFF-spacer-and-SCREW-for-motherboards-Asus-Acer-Dell-HP-MSI/302978148587?hash=item468ae7a8eb:g:Gj0AAOSwc6ZcOww5
  3. Hi, looking at buying a G29 for my PC soon. Looked at a few videos and they all seem to have a fair amount of input lag. Is this an issue or have they just set it up wrong/ have a below avarage PC. My specs are i7-8700k gtx 1080ti (Not sure if that makes any difference)
  4. Use mouse without borders. It's a microsoft app I belive too!
  5. Gta 5, bf1, pubg. Doesnt do it in forza 4 though
  6. So I just built my first custom rig. GTX 1080ti I7 8700k 16gb 3000mz corsair RGB ram Z370p Asus mobo Hyper 212 Kingston 250gb SSD (windows) Seagate Barracuda 2tb (games) Corsair RMX650 And I'm getting micro stutters, will run at a buttery 60fps with vsync on and get a micro stutter every 10 secs no matter what game, no matter what settings. Things ive tried. Changed power settings to performance Reinstalled mobo and gpu drivers And others that i cant remember, any tips?
  7. I got an Asus amp 2080ti, and they don't take the money until it ships Also I have a 760 so I kinda need a card as this one is on deaths door.
  8. Why is it crazy? I have nothing to loose... If the benchmarks are shit I just cancel the preorder? You may be thinking, well why preorder, well because if they are good I'll be getting on day 1, while everyone else that waits for benchmarks will be getting them at the end of the year...
  9. Right so, I'm gunna change the NVME for a bigger SSD If I'm getting a z370 board I might as well get an 8700k... So asus z370p mobo? And a hyper 212 evo :)
  10. Yeah corsair is life! So any recommendations on any better motherboards for not more than £120 from scan.co.uk?
  11. Well, all my 50 games that I currently have on my current PC add up to 250gb. Wouldnt 2tb be plenty for games? Also, what's wrong with a low end motherboard? What difference does it make?
  12. Yeah, so I've got a 120gb NVME ssd for applications, windows and probably one or 2 really important games with bad loading times, the 250gb SSD for important games that I play a lot with bad loading times and then games that I play occasionally for a 2tb 7200rpm toshiba HDD
