  1. Thanks for the help. I had already done 1 and 3 but they don't seem to help at all. In my event log there is the message: Log Name: System Source: Netwtw04 Date: 12/01/2018 17:39:48 Event ID: 5005 Task Category: None Level: Error Keywords: Classic User: N/A I am unsure how to fix this.

  3. I have this really weird problem with my new desktop MSI Aegis 3. The WiFi and gaming seem to work fine separately i.e. no problems with online gaming OR browsing the web when separate. However as soon as I open an app (like the Microsoft store) or a game (online, like killing floor, or not, like FTL) the WiFi connection drops out- although it is still connected to the router. I have updated all my drivers, disabled any/all antivirus/firewall/VPN software, moved the computer close to the router and done a full malware scan to no effect (my wifi should also be fast enough). I am using windows 10 with Intel wireless dual band AC 3168 with an i5 7400 processor, MSI Navdia GTX 1070 with 16gb ram so i don't think i can be running out of memory. It's really strange because as soon as I load any game the task manager just states that the "network" has dropped to 0% and i can no longer use the internet with other programs like Spotify- but the internet on that game is fine as soon as I start using it (like some other program is preventing the rest of the computer using the internet). Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks, Chris
