  1. Hi all - Partway through my first build I've run into an issue with the I/o shield on my Asus Prime z370-p - please help me decipher the solution! The "tension"(?) Arm on the ethernet port of the shield gets in the way and I have no idea what to do: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1JPWmD0JW50zgEiR0E1p_SFCzFe0UuENH/view?usp=drivesdk Many thanks for your help!
  2. Hi all: As a frequent user of a 720p, 60hz, 15" screened laptop, I've found 2 monitors each with a good trait, both at the same price (about £150): 144Hz@1080p, 27" (http://amzn.eu/g1XgnPW) or 75Hz@1440p, 27" (http://amzn.eu/bVEXYYI). Which do you suggest I should buy? Which will give me a better experience? Here is my build-to-be: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/tvX6MZ Alternatively, is there a better monitor for £150 that you would recommend over these two? Many thanks!
  3. It seems so.. oops! I'm (quite) new here so I'm still learning my way. Sorry! Any suggestions?
  4. Hi all (again), About a week ago I came here for some advice on a i5-8600k build, and you guys rocked. I made some changes here and there, and here is my updated build: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/CjJFWX After some thinking and benchmarking comparisons, I also made a Ryzen 5 1600 build with a 1080(!) for about £140 more. Here it is: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/nb7kGf Alternatively, there's a 1600x build that I don't think is worth it, but maybe I'm wrong: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/WyYVqk EDIT: Maybe not OR with a 1080: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/3PgY6X I can get a monitor from my dad's work, so that's not an issue. What I'm asking for is any advice on either of these builds, or suggestions on which I choose. Preferrably, I'd like to stay around that price range. Thanks!

  6. Yup! Shes 5y/o and the photo was taken in Hardelot, Northern France! Thanks everyone!
  7. Hi all, I'm new to building, but I've watched LTT for a while so I have a slight idea as to how I should go about getting started. I've come up with a fairly good value-for-money rig (UK): https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/zfJtm8 Preferably the price would not go much above what it is currently. I've consulted with some friends on discord, but I figured that here would be the best place for some expert advice. Alternatively, here is an i3-8350k list that I also compiled: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/zQx2KZ Any opinions on which system would be better, or any improvements I could make would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks, Tom
