  1. To start, I have a windows 10 PC custom built by Digital Storm. Ever since 2 days ago when I tried to update icloud/itunes which required a reboot, the audio in my headphones have been unbalanced, leaning to the left headphone. Changing balance does not help, as the bass is still noticeably heavier in the left headphone. The right generally just seems softer in every way, however strangely when using the audio tests in the Playback Devices manager, it seems fine, but only there and nowhere else. Before you ask, it isn't a hardware problem as far as I can tell. I've tried the heaphones on other things such as my phone and they're fine. After extensive research, this seems to be a problem with Realtek HD audio when used with Win10. I swear to god I have tried everything. I've reinstalled drivers a million times, tried different drivers, used windows troubleshooter more times than I can count, disabled the playback device, re-enabled the playback device, both back to back and before/after a reboot, both in the playback devices and in the device manager, I've disabled all the enhancements like many said would work, I've tried a system revert back to a state from a few days before, which worked until I had to restart to update Razer synapse, and everything in between. I'm lost. I will take any and all help I can get, but I've tried every single solution and anything else I could find in the last 2 days, and nothing has worked. I am happy to provide any info about my PC that is desired. I use Realtek HD audio and Razer Surround, and I have tried disabling Razer Surround to no avail. Thank you.
