A01) Lenovo L24q BenQ BL2420PT Dell P2418D I can't spend more money right now and I need it fast. I have never tried/seen 1440p or 4k so I don't know what the difference between them and 1080p is.

  5. Try turning Power Supply Idle Control to typical current idle in the BIOS it helped me I have Ryzen 5 2600, MSI B450 Tomahawk and the same RAM runing at 2933 on XMP Profile 2 on the newest BIOS
