  1. I'm in California. I would like it to be under 4 pounds but I'm open to other weights. 3-4 hours min battery would work.
  2. Yes, as long as it's close to a price range under 1000
  3. I am currently stuck between two laptops, the MSI PS63 and the Acer Aspire 7. The Acer Aspire 7 has an "8th Generation Intel Core i7-8750H 6-Core Processor (Up to 4.1GHz)" while the MSI PS63 has a "Processor: Intel Core i7-8565U Quad Core Processor (8MB Cache, 1.8GHz-4.6GHz) 15W." I plan on using a laptop for Unity, AutoDesk programs like Inventor, programming, and some light gaming. The PS63 is lighter than the Acer aspire 7, which is why I'm leaning towards the PS63 more. My only problem is that the PS63 has a lower wattage CPU and is only quad core while the Acer Aspire 7 is 6 core. I wanted to ask if it would make a huge difference for me in performance if I were to go with the PS63 instead of the Acer Aspire based on the programs I use.
  4. I'' have to check on the cooling, thank you
  5. I had a question for the XPC MSI PS63 laptop cpu speed. The product details say that it has an Intel 8th Gen i7-8565U but shows only 1.8ghz in the details. I need to be able to run some AutoDesk programs that need a higher processor speed than that. Does anyone know if the processor speed can go higher or why it is so low?
  6. Yeah, the monitor works with everything else and even when I plug it into the normal hdmi port but not when I plug it into the two ones under it.
  7. My computer can't detect the monitor so I can't change any settings.
  8. My desktop has an hdmi port next to 3 display ports. I have a monitor that I use and I plug it into that hdmi port and it works perfectly. Under the hdmi port, I have two more labeled "HDMI 1" and "HDMI 2." I wanted to add a second monitor so I plugged it into the "HDMI 1" port but it didn't work. I then tried the second one and it also didn't work. It did work when I tried it with the hdmi port I normally use but not the others. This is an issue for me because I can't use two monitors now. I would like to see if anyone could help me with this and how I can get both monitors to work.
  9. Oh wow, thank you so much. That was exactly what I needed.
  10. I am looking for help on a certain keyboard shortcut I've encountered. I had tried to use Windows-D to minimize everything I had open and accidentally hit Control + Windows + D. This had shifted my entire screen to the left and all my open programs were gone. It's was like someone swiped my screen to the left. I had tried hitting it a few more times to see what would happen and it gave the same result. I somehow managed to get it all back by clicking a different user in the Chrome options but I have no idea what happened and would like to see if anyone knows what happened. I have searched over the internet and youtube, including some forums, and have had no luck figuring out what happened and what exactly the command of, Control + Windows Key + D, did. Any help would be appreciated.
  11. I found two computers that are very similar and I have had trouble deciding. I main reason I want the laptop is that it is portable but I have one problem. I was planning on using it for VR in the future but there aren't enough ports. I found a PC which is nice but the only problem is that it has a GTX 1060 3GB, not 6GB Which should I buy. 12. I don't use power saving, I use HP Reccomended. But how do I disable it.
  13. For a while now I've had a problem with my laptop. It is an HP Pavilion Sleekbook 15. When I was done using it, I would put it to sleep. When I turn it back on, it's starts turning on then it completely shuts off. Then I have to turn it on again which works fine buwith all the applications are closed(Like a regular shutdown). So for a while, my laptop could not sleep normally. I'd either have to leave it on for a while or shut it down. I followed many tutorials online but I haven't found one that works. I looked at the logs and found out it was Kernal Power Error. Can someone please help me, this is extremely annoying.
  14. Yeah, I even noticed that they said in the condition of the product, "~Bränd nëw itëm! Cöntäct us priör tö ördëring~ BW42474`@`G M A I L , C0M" Judging by what this says, it's fake. Yeah, I was thinking that too. Haha, should've known this was too good to be true. Thanks. I'll make sure NOT to buy this.
  15. On Amazon, there is a Cyber Power PC being sold for $500. It comes amazing specs(Well, that's what I think). I am surprised at how it is that cheap, especially for a gtx 1080 graphics card. It is not sold by Cyber Power but instead by a seller called OpenBoxCanada. It is used which makes me think that is why it is so cheap. Is there a chance that this could be a scam or maybe it functions badly because it is used? Here is the link. I don't trust the seller too much. https://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-listing/B01MXZCLHA/ref=dp_olp_0?ie=UTF8&condition=all&qid=1517023696&sr=1-2
  16. Ok, that is extremely helpful to me, thank you.
  17. Wow, I just visited the website you linked, the PC Part Picker. That is very helpful. Can I compare the prices using this website?
  18. Ok, thank you. I haven't seen this before and I'm glad you showed me.
  19. Yes I know, I chose the wrong thread. I thought it would fit because it said reviews. Is there a way to change it?
  20. I would choose Dell over the CyberPower but the Cyber Power has a RX580 while the Dell has the RX570. Is there a huge difference because on Dell, if I were to choose RX580, the price is almost $1000. And if the PSU is bad on CyberPower, is there a way I could change it?
