I have recently installed a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 6900 xt and the fans dont show as running even when they're full maxed out. I managed to get it to show up but no it isn't again and I am confused. Another issue is that in the Sapphire TRIXX software 8.4 it doesn't have the option for the bios switch even though it is set to software swtich. Would a 550w psu be okay? The PSU

This has the same problem as the build I posted where the motherboard may need an update and I have no idea how to do that

What about the PSU as it says it is unavailable so do I just replace it with one that has similar wattage or?

Would you recommend leaving out the 3rd party cooler?

Well I have the money now so preferably I would like to get and build it as soon as possible. I have 0 interest in 4k or anything if you were gonna recommend waiting for the 3080.

Other details: Hello I have zero build or component knowledge and I am looking to build a decent 1080p/1440p 60fps gaming rig with a budget of $1300AUD, I am aiming to buy with in the next couple of days. I need a keyboard and mouse but I'll just be getting a cheapo set. Here is a build someone threw together for me (Blurg 2). Any optimization while keeping at $1300 or less would be fantastic. Thank you for any help.

I should add that I currently don't have a job and in High School so would this build still be decent in a few months times?
