    I disabled windows hello in the registry because it was promoting me to set it up every time I logged on. Could that cause this?

    Windows just bluescreened on my computer with the code SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION and then restarted.     I don't have a key I upgraded from Windows 8. And I changed all components but the drive. I've linked my key to my windows account though so previously it hasn't been an issue

    When I go to troubleshoot and say i've recently changed hardware it says that it is unable to activate windows. The error code displayed in the activation screen is 0xC004F025.

    I have a Ryzen 1 CPU that I can use for that anyway. Thanks for the help

    I have a radeon 5700XT and am looking for a motherboard to pair with the 3rd gen ryzen processor i've also upgraded to. I was wondering if the PCIe 4.0 will make any performance difference or if I can just get a X470 board rather than waiting for more mini itx x570 ones

    Hi all I am looking for advice on buying a low end PC for a grandparent that would like a fast machine for web browsing other low demand tasks. I was thinking something like an ACer aspire 780 (https://smile.amazon.co.uk/Acer-XC-780-Desktop-PC-Windows/dp/B0746HKSD1/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1532867578&sr=8-3&keywords=Acer+Aspire+Desktop) but was hoping to find one with an ssd in. His budget is way to high for what he uses it for so around £500

    Recently I have been playing Dota 2 and experiencing low framerates and severe stuttering if I have basically anything else running on my computer. This shouldn't happen as my PC is very overspecced for Dota and should easily be playing it while say watching a youtube video or even just having spotify running. Help please!

    I asked this same question a few months ago and was repeating the advice that I got. I have an xps 13 and am very happy with it but I cannot say anything for the quality control as a whole

    Razer has awful quality control, I would stay away from the blade unless you have endless patience. The new XPS line are great though and I don't know about the rest.

    Windows is reporting almost 6 days of uptime in task manager despite the fact that I have had power supply turned every night for this period. Is this a windows bug or is it meant to happen and if so why?

    Thank you! And that depends I would want one that has a decent battery life when not gaming and doesn't scream GAMER!!!!. So I don't think so but correct me if I am wrong

    Yeah the longer battery life is something I would want, 4 hours really isn't enough

    I don't really want a seperate pc in my dorm as then I need a new set of peripherals and I will need to take all of my stuff out of it at the end of each term and that will be really awkward.

    The idea with the egpu was to leave it in my dorm and just carry the laptop around for the day. But that doesn't really seem practical after reading some reviews and I don't want to get two pcs to go to uni. Would the xps 15 be a good work around? Dgpu and quite portable
