Current build is AMD ryzen 1600x Asus prime x370 GTX 1660TI 16gb 2x8 2666mhz I have tried to trouble shoot windows by using sfc/ scannow, and also used chkdsk, then decided to give my pc a clean to make sure wasnt a temperature issue Following that I found no issues that I could find however, In games such as BF1/BFV/CSGO/PUBG for instance Ive noticed especially in CSGO a very drastic drop in performance from around 180-200fps on 1080p to almost half this with high spikes and low lows Please any advice would be great thanks

I've recently decided to slowly upgrade my build which began in getting a 1660TI, now I wish to upgrade my CPU from a 1600x to either the 1800x or 3600x, I used PCpartpicker to check for issues, please see the build linked and let me know whether it's just a case of updating the bios or a different motherboard in necessary as well thank you. https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/jd8TzN

looking to upgrade this card seems to be similar to 1070 and I wish to know whats the best version to buy, thanks

also is it normal that the core clock is on 1500+ while idle ??? thats not under pressure?
-
should the idle temp be below that without the GPU fans spinning? they are currently on 40% and under load on BFV high settings it maxes at 65 i believe
-
is 45ish idle normal temp?
-
what about the GPU clock its in the red ? 1800 ?
-
so i use afterburner for the OSD display and its showing high temps and high load on CS:GO which isnt hard to run, but my usage seems to be 1500 at idle ? is there an issue ?
