Is this is the regular size? I have an GTX 1060 6gb from Mid tower build, I could bring with me over.

Hi! I am moving from Norway to England to study and I am thinking about building a desktop when I get there. I need some help picking parts. Some criteria: The desktop needs to be safe to travel with (as in fitting in a standard suitcase), so I am thinking mini ITX. It needs to be able to be used for game design so loads of coding and some 3d rendering, as well as being able to play games like Squad. I am not thinking of using more then £600, but I can increase the limit. No peripherils as I am bringing that from my last build. Thanks for any help! This is my second build, so I am still uncertain about stuff like terminology and compatability.
