So i got old socket 775 based pc from my friend and he told me that hdd isn't working.
I cleaned the pc and fired it up, post was successful and i went to bios and saw that his "not working hdd" isn't showing up, but I heard that hdd is spinning without any clicking or anything.
I took out that hdd and I've put it in my pc and it was working with no problems and hard drive sentinel was showing no bad sectors. So I've put it back and tried all SATA ports and still nothing.
I then took hdd from my PC, tried it and still nothing.
Then i thought that maybe, for some reason, windows installation will recognize it. I started windows installation and while it was loading it failed with "An Unexpected I/O Error Has Occurred | Error Code: 0xc00000e9"
In the end i think that motherboard is the problem, more specifically South bridge since it's responsible for I/O operations. Or Sata ports are dead
