Hey , I got a strange problem, Pc temps are wrong, and that makes the CPU throttle as heck. Is there anyways to fix it? Speccy and HWMonitor, says that the CPU is 99 degress while i can still hold my hand on it? The Mhz are dropping constantly and i think that is the problem with the spikes i get. I7-4790K 4Ghz AIO watercooled 1080 GTX Do anyone know how to fix this?
