If you don't use the PTR, you are okay to delete that version of the game. Removing PTR will have no impact on the live version of the game. If you're worried about deleting something important, you can uninstall the Test/PTR version from within Programs and Features, or by going to the PTR version in the Battle.net client, clicking on Options under the Overwatch banner at the top, and clicking Uninstall.
