Ookla speedtest.net said this I'm not sure, but I think "Mbps" means download speed and "MBps" means internet speed? My current download speed is around 400-500 Kbps, should it be 3-4 Mbps? I don't get it.

My internet download speed is always around 400-500 kbps (very slow, I know.) and just a minute ago for 5 seconds it was 3MBps then 2.5MBps then 2MBps and then back to 400kbps. What has happened here? Am I being scammed by my internet provider? Is that some kind of a utorrent bug? I need help, guys.

Intel core i5 7400 GTX 1050Ti 4GB Will I be able to get 60 FPS on AC Syndicate with medium-high settings and FXAA anti-aliasing? If possible can I crank up my settings even higher? My max res is 1440x900 so resolution can be around 720p

I was watching youtube benchmarks on games with my soon-to-be specs and I've noticed that in one video AC Syndicate runs around 40-50FPS on very high, but on the other, WITH THE SAME SETTINGS it barely pulls a 25. I don't get it? I've just bought a GTX 1050Ti and an i5 7400, will I be getting more or less FPS? Now, I know that those youtube videos are sometimes fake, but I can't tell because I don't really know what to believe. Keep in mind that my OS is "freshly" installed (about 3-4 weeks ago). Thanks. @Princess Cadence does it matter if I overclock it? I read that it reduces the lifespan of a GPU and that it isn't recommended. Should I do it if I plan to game on medium/high at 1280x720?
