Same issue with BF1, Witcher 3, Blackops 2. CSGO runs at about 200 fps but thats still low compared to what others get based on some youtube videos.

DSR was disabled. In this screenshot I decided to see how DSR would affect performance. Strangely VRAM usage is doubled to over 6500MB compared to the link you sent.

On the lowest graphic setting for AC: Origins I'm only getting about 5 fps increase from Ultra which is weird.

Just reset CMOS but same result

Legit copy of Win 10 and I am using the CoolerMaster Hyper 212 EVO, OS and all games are installed on Samsung 850 EVO

I have been getting 30-45 fps in most games @ 1080p. This issue has been present ever since I built this rig and have been fighting with this problem for almost a year now. Based on FireStrike and Heaven Benchmark my score seems to be normal compared to other users with similar specs. I have also tried various troubleshoots such as DDU, replacing the GPU,..etc with no success. I am still unsure if this is a hardware or software related issue.
