okay I just updated the BIOS to the newest Version (released today lol) and reset factory defaults I put the SOC Voltage on 1.1V and the DRAM Voltage on 1.35 V. Didn't change speeds yet. everything worked. Then I clocked with DRAM at 2400 MHz and BLCK at 1200 Mhz. Worked just fine. So I am sure the the thing works up until 2400 MHz and is stable there at least. Then I enabled DOCP 1 (I only have 1 profile for 3200 Mhz 16-18-18-38) and saved my changes just now. And I am now stuck in a crash loop again. Ideas?

I am running the February Bios, a new BIOS came out two days ago I think. No it came out today.... (edit)

I only use the advanced mode. From your experience, is the RAM being absent from the QVL a big problem? and zando, you mean I should skip the DOCP and clock + volt the RAM to 3200 manually ?

I am not sure here, but when I use my Corsair FCtrl. the single fans don't appear in the BIOS either; but I can tweak them via software in windows just fine. -
DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) PC3200 CL16 G.Skill RipJaws V black: This is the exact description I got from the computer store where I bought my hardware. This is the rest of my setup: AMD Ryzen 5 5600x 6x 3,7Ghz 35MB AM4 WAK Corsair iCUE H115i ELITE CAPELLIX 280mm MB ASUS ROG STRIX X570-E Gaming X570 AM4 WLAN+BT DDR4 32GB (2x16GB) PC3200 CL16 G.Skill RipJaws V black=> running only at 2133Mhz SSD Samsung 970 EVO PLUS M.2 1TB NVMe FRACTAL-DESIGN DEFINE 7 Black Dark-TG Fenster PCIe EVGA GEFORCE RTX 3070 XC3 Ultra Gaming 8GB GDDR6 After I built the system and set everything up I tried enabling the DOCP Profile in the BIOS -> Crash on POST (maybe? at least before the BIOS pops up) -> stuck in cycle of Blackscreens. Cleared CMOS-> now running at 2133 again. Checked the exact RAM sticks I got and see, that they are this type: F4-3200C16D-32GVK This type is not listed in the QVL What in the lords name can I do? heeelp meee I forgot this: The system was already running at 3200 MHz stable (I used it for a week), before I switched out my main boot drive. I have no idea why it stopped working and so I restored default values for the BIOS

I can only select DOCP, not even different profiles. Should I enable DOCP and volt @ 1.35?- 25 replies

3200 Mhz Memory Setting
hayate adil replied to hayate adil's topic in CPUs, Motherboards, and Memory
F4-3200C16D-32GVK is the official designation. AFAIK the RAM is listed on the QVL for the board found here: https://dlcdnets.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/SocketAM4/ROG_STRIX_X570-E_GAMING/AMD_Matisse_for_ROG_STRIX_X570-E_GAMING_DRAM_QVL_20190912.pdf BUT it seems not to be listed as AM4 dual channel supported. Does that mean I got the wrong RAM? Which should I get then?- 25 replies

Hey Folks! I can't seem to get my memory to run @ 3.2 GHz speed. First I tried tweaking it manually, when the machine stopped booting. Cleared CMOS -> Back to Bios -> used DOCP - Profile - Kept Crashing again. Now doing a clean Win10 install on my M.2. Memory running at 2133Mhz. How can I safely get it to run at it's rated speed in the future? thanks !
