  1. Hello! I have been struggling with storage space issues for a long time (especially since I use my PC for work, video rendering, gaming and 3D modeling) and I want to do a few upgrades. I'm currently using 1 SSD for Windows/data and 1 HDD (7200 rpm) for data/games. The plan is adding 2 extra SSDs, but I have the following questions: -Will I have power issues for running 3 SSDs + 1 HDD in my system? My PSU is a Corsair RM750i. -Is it too risky to use the same PSU Sata cable to connect all those drives? I'm using a PCI-E 6Pin "1 to 4 Sata cable" that comes with the PSU, but I heard they can catch fire easily if there's a lot of stuff connected to them. -Is it ok to combine a "1 Male to 2 Female Y splitter" with the previously mentioned "1 to 4 Sata cable" to connect two SSDs together? My computer case's lighting is taking up one of those four Sata connectors, so I don't have enough to connect all the hard drives. Thank you in advance.
  2. Hello! I just bought a Phanteks Enthoo Luxe for my new PC and I'm wondering what would be an efficient fan config for this tower case. A- 1x 200mm top, 1x 200mm front. B- 1x 200mm top, 2x 140mm front. C- 2x 140mm top, 1x 200mm front. D- 2x 140mm top, 2x 140mm front. Which one sounds better? I'm concerned about noise since I have been using a really silent gaming computer for almost 10 years and I want this new PC to be equally silent. Also, I'm not going to overclock my CPU atm, so my temperatures shouldn't raise too much when I play games. Thank you in advance!
  3. ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero. I have seen people using the 960 EVO with that motherboard, although they have been dealing with a few -minor- booting issues.
  4. I'm planning to store between 1 and 1.5 TB of data outside my SSD. Photoshop and Adobe Flash work data, games, videos, art packs... I fill up my hard drives very quickly. This one: Samsung 960 EVO Series (250GB PCIe NMVe)
  5. Hello! I have a few hard drive combos in mind for the new workstation/gaming PC I'm building, but I'm having a hard time trying to decide between these: Option A: -M2 (250 GB) for OS. -SSD (500 GB) for "main games" and data. -WD Blue HDD (1TB) for data and stuff. Option B: -SSD (500 GB) for OS, "main games" and important data that requires fast loading. -WD Black HDD (2TB) for both games and data. Which one sounds better? Also... should I get one WD Black 2TB, or two WD Blue 1 TB instead? I'm concerned about reliability and power consumption, besides noise since I'm building a silent PC. My new PC will be used for daily work with art software like Photoshop or Manga Studio, ocassional video editing/rendering and gaming.
