  1. I have a solid camera. Trying to go for multiple different styles.
  2. I'm a real estate agent and i need a solid mobile device for taking small videos of houses. My daily driver is a Galaxy Note 9 and its fine for pictures, but the lack of a .05 zoom setting makes doing video tours difficult. I was wanting to get a cheap phone I could use just for the camera. Any suggestions?
  3. I wanna update the family pc with a half decent gpu. Definitely not gonna be a main gaming rig or anything. I just want something that can handle 1440p with day to day tasks and the occasional minecraft. Is a used 1080 a good idea in 2022?
  4. Forgot to get the ssd updated. I have 4tb. But I guess I just expected higher numbers. Thx for confirming.
  5. I just upgraded my rig and I decided to go all out. 3090, i7-12700k & 128gb of ram (just cause) but MW2 only runs at about 130-ish frames at 1440 max & Destiny 2 runs at about 140. Am I missing a setting or something? I feel like the 3090 should be able to keep my monitor at its 165hz.
  6. Ok, this is a bit weird. I turned on Modern Warfare 2, tried 1440p, uncapped frame rate, first on all low then on all high. On low, cpu was at about 60%, gpu 30% and i was at about 120 frames. Then on High, I was at CPU 80-90%, GPU still at 30% and frames stayed relativly at 120. Whats the deal?
  7. Seriously? Why would "harder" graphics matter? (I genuinly am unaware on most software stuff so i wanna learn what I can)
  8. I just got a 1440p 165hz monitor (upgraded from 60hz(HIGHLY recommend)) and while playing Destiny 2, I turned the frame rate limit from 60 to 165. Noticed I was only gettting about 90ish in game. I have a 2060 Super and I play on Low. I pulled up Task Manager and noticed my CPU was at about 45% and my GPU was only at like 20%. What setting should I change to make the GPU take a heavier workload?
  9. So I currently have a decent rig. It can run Destiny 2 1440 on High no problem but I recently started to get back into Warzone and I can barely hold 40f on Medium. I get its a game thats on the harder side to run but where should I focus my upgrading? Heres what im currently running: CPU: i7-8700K (Warzone takes 40%) GPU: 2060 Super RAM: 32gb (Warzone takes 50-60%)
  10. Im assuming ill need an external hard drive or something? (Probably a dumb question but I know next to nothing on the software side of things)
  11. Thats what I tried but boota up this preloaded "totally not sus" Uninstaller. I dont thinkni should but should I do this?
  12. I've gone through numerous different tutorials on how to delete this stupid virus but with no success. Any help?
  13. So I recently had my PC worked on and when i got it back, I found that the PC guy had accidentally installed Windows 10 Pro instead of regular windows. I tried to figure out a way to delete but couldnt. So i just installed regular windows on a different drive. Everything has worked fine for a while but it recently has been acting very strange and im wanting to delete the Windows 10 Pro, but am still having trouble figuring out how. Plz help NOTE: I already tried the Win+R MISCONFIG then deleting. The attached photo pops up and that option doesnt work
  14. I was installing a driver for a Wacom tablet and after restarting my computer (per instructions) the usb ports no longer work. They work during the BIOS or Safe Mode but as soon as I get the Windows Homescreen, all of the USB slots are not working. They were working moments earlier. And to make things worse, when I try to do the "System Repair", I have completely forgotten the Admin Password. Need a little help
  15. Planning on getting this at about October so budget isnt really a concern right now
  16. So I have an Alienware R3 17 and as you can guess, it is a beast but the battery sucks. Anyone out here recommend a decent Windows Laptop that that has an above average battery life, good storage capacity and a good amount of RAM?
  17. Hey peeps! I'm building a second PC. I want to build a very small PC and im really wanting a small cube-like form factor. Problem is that I have a RX 580 4GB full size GPU and I need a little help picking a case that is both tiny yet spacious enough
  18. So. I'm looking to buy an Rx Vega 64. The seller says it WAS used for mining at 75% power & under 70 degrees for a few months. The bid is at $160. Is this something worth bidding on?
  19. Hey everyone. My side job is video editing but as of the moment, I'm rocking an i3-8350K. It works but I don't think it's the best option. What do ya'll recommend?
  20. Hey everyone, I just bought a Gigabyte R9 290x 4gb. My question is What other cards is it compatible with? Can it be any 4gb 290x?
  21. would you be willing to trade your card for my 1060 . . .
  22. so . . . I want to buy a new gpu. Big thing is that I want to water cool. Problem is that I am chicken and don't wanna build a custom water loop. Saw that a R9 Fury X is a very compelling option as soon as prices recover (darn u bitcoin miners) but what other cards besides the Fury X and the Vega 64 have built in aio watercoolers?
  23. Hey! So I hopped onto Steam and this happened. Does anyone know how to revert this awful sizing issue?
