I ran out of USB 2.0 port headers on my ASUS MAXIMUS X HERO Z370. I was wondering if I could utilize https://www.amazon.com/NZXT-Internal-Controller-Black-AC-IUSBH-M1/dp/B01IFGFTJ2 to plug in things such as the thermaltake riing plus fan hub, Corsair H115i, NZXT H700i smart device or front USB ports on the case. Will anything conflict by going through the USB hub or will everything work okay?

I know there are lots of other cases out there but this one has peaked my interest, I want to know if the vents on the sides of the front panel will let enough air into the case/will the front fans be suffocated due to how close they are to the panel?
