I think I'm going to cut my cost for my PC so i can update some peripherals. Plus as a casual gamer I can save a little money on the PC as a whole and go with a RX 580. Its price is significantly less than the 1070 or 1070 ti and i don't even own a monitor that can 4k game. let me know what y'all think about this. If Vega 56 was an option would you consider that a reasonable contender against 1070 ti, if bought for 400-420?
