I dont know if it worth that much, but i recently just contacting the need for seat USA customer service and the experience is terrible.

Well i got it from needforseat usa, but i got this problem. I sent the base back to them to see what they want to do for it.

Where did you purchase your chair? And what's your weight?

I find out that the support bar at the bottom is the reason make me feel hurt. The bottom cushion is fail to prevent me feeling that suport bar. Is any of you guys have this issue?

Also, this is the bottom cushion or the chair not the back.

Did you have the office comfort one? Or the pro-gaming? Pro-gaming does not have this problem.

I rencetly just pruchease an maxnomic office comfort chair, but i fond out that there is an solid gap at the bottom cushion of the chair is just want to see if anyone else have the same problem as me or onlyh me. The positon of the solid gap show as the postion my hand push in the picture.

but guys, how do you measure if you over tighten the fitting? the only wait i know is when it cracks.

but i think this is the design problem. the old version the fitting hole is in the middle of the cpu block, that may have more space to support it.

man how? how much power i need for that

I purchase this ek-kit x360 in Newegg in 03/07/2017. Last week, I found out that the cup block is leaking. The coolant goes into my GPU, motherboard and power supply. AND THEIR CUSTOMERS SERVICE tell me that THIS IS NOT AN QUALITY PROBLEM. Do anyone have this situation like mine?
