unfortunately its persists even after running the LCD conditioning and a factory reset within the OSD and is out of warranty :(((

So I have 2 Dell U2312HM monitors and one of them is perfectly fine. The other has a slight red hue on the right side of the screen where there is some image retention and weird scrolling lines. Does anyone know what could be causing this? this happens on all inputs and I've swapped out power cords. i think i'd be comfortable with taking apart the monitor if something is loose on the inside but I'm not even sure where to start looking for whats wrong!

I'm having a weird issue. My fans are spinning at either 100% or close to 100%, but only after windows loads. While the computer is booting or while idling in the bios, the fans are nice and quiet but as soon as I get into the logon screen they spin up and dont slow back down. As far as I can tell, the temps are perfectly fine, or at least, within safe range with my temps in the 40-60 degree range. I'm running Windows server 2016 and this only happened recently, after I moved. Any ideas what might be causing this?
