What’s the max I can upgrade this to if it is even worth upgrading . Any suggestions are really appreciated.

budget is £3-4000 and i live in london. i dont have any peripherlas. just a gaming mouse with my shit laptop. yes for gaming. id like to make an investment for the long run so i dont need to worry about upgrading for a while. my budget is around £3-4000 pounds.
